Remove the bone. Remove the pulp with a spoon and mash with a fork, sprinkle with lemon, salt and place on a plate over the entire surface. Rinse green leaves and flowers thoroughly with water, put the flowers aside. Tear the leaves casually with your hands. Mix the ingredients of the dressing. Place lettuce leaves in an airtight clear plastic bag, pour the dressing there, tie and shake securely, to mix the dressing with the leaves. Place the herbs on top of the avocado, sprinkle with flowers on top and serve immediately.
